Chaudhary Ramhit Audhyogik Prashikshan Kendra is the industrial training arm of the CSJMSS group, offering NCVT/SCVT-pattern trades that lead directly to employment and apprenticeship opportunities. The centre emphasises workshop-based, practical learning over rote theory.
Trainees who complete a trade receive the National/State Trade Certificate and are guided toward apprenticeships under the Apprentices Act with railway workshops, electricity boards, and private industry — the standard route from an ITI trade into a skilled job. For the young people of Chitrakoot, the centre is a short, affordable path from Class 10 to earning.
